 Rang of Use

1.      In refinement of animal & vegetable oils, used for decolorization and purification , rendering it into top-grade cooking oil.

2.      In petroleum industry, used for decolorization, refinement and purification of petroleum, grease paraffin, white oil, lubricating oil, Vaseline, and kerosene etc.

3.      For recycling and regeneration of industrial waste oils (including mineral oil, such as machinery oil and lubricating oil etc.)

4.      For decolorization & depuration of resin and polyether.

5.      In food industry, used as clarificant for monosodium glutamate vitamin, grape wine, candy juicy, used for stabilizing treatment of beer, and used for purification of sugar juices.

6.      For alkene separation in arene and alkane, cracking of petroleum and alkene polymerization catalyzed.

 

Two important conditions of guaranteeing the quality:

1.      Raw Material :

Choosing the good quality bentonite excavated from the area of about 100 meters deep from the earths surface, its purity is higher than that from the earths surface; Activated reacting with high quality concentrated sulphuric acid with the bentonite. It is the base of good quality of Activated Clay.

2.    Drying Technology

At first, Coal hot air furnace produces the high temperature flue gas. The heat energy is exchanged through the calandria of heat exchanger and getting the hot air. Then the hot air is guided into the desiccator to dry the bleaching earth. The High temperature flue gas is exhausted from smoke funnel after exchanging the heat with the . The purity of bleaching earth is higher by the above way of drying, comparing with drying with the high temperature flue gas entering the desiccator directly.
